Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing Defects: In the rare event that a manufacturing defect is identified, we will repair or replace the piece at no cost.
• Materials: We work exclusively with carefully selected, high-quality materials. Should any issue arise related to the integrity of these materials, it will be promptly addressed.
• Craftsmanship: We stand behind the excellence of our workmanship. Any concerns relating to craftsmanship will be resolved with the utmost care and attention.

Care & Maintenance

As part of our commitment to preserving the beauty and longevity of your jewelry, we are pleased to offer complimentary professional cleaning and inspection every six (6) months.

Routine inspections allow us to identify and help prevent potential issues, such as stone loosening or natural wear, helping your piece remain in optimal condition. To maintain eligibility for our Lifetime Warranty, please bring your piece to Jewelry Design House for cleaning and inspection every six (6) months.

Exclusions

• Normal Wear and Tear: Over time, fine jewelry may naturally show signs of wear. This includes surface scratches, metal wear, and general aging, which are not covered under warranty.
• Loss or Theft: Our warranty does not cover loss, theft, or unexplained disappearance. We recommend insuring your jewelry accordingly.
• Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations, repairs, or modifications performed by a third party will void this warranty.
