This Shipping Policy applies to purchases made through the Jewelry Design House by Jivan online store.

Made-to-Order Production

Our jewelry is made to order. Production times vary by product type, typically taking 7–10 business days or 2–3 weeks. Please refer to the production timeframe stated on the product page before placing your order.

Timelines for custom-designed pieces are agreed separately during the design process.

Production time is additional to shipping time. The transit estimates below begin after your order has been dispatched and do not include the time required to create your jewelry.

If you need your order for a particular occasion, please contact us before purchasing so we can discuss the expected timeframe.

We ship within Canada, to the United States and Mexico, to Australia and New Zealand, and to the following countries and territories:

Shipping Rates and Transit Times

All rates below are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Transit times are estimates in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Selecting express shipping reduces the estimated transit time only. It does not shorten the production timeframe for your jewelry.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

All shipments are insured for their full value. A signature and proof of identity are required upon delivery. Please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel and follow any instructions provided by the carrier.

Please provide an accurate and complete shipping address, including any apartment or suite number. If you notice an error, contact us promptly at info@jivancollection.com. Address changes may not be possible once your order has been dispatched.

International Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates and are payable separately by the recipient.

Please contact your local customs authority for information about potential charges before placing your order. Customs clearance and payment of import charges may affect delivery times.

Complimentary pickup is available at our Montreal atelier:

Select pickup at checkout if this option is available for your order. The production timeframe stated on the product page still applies.

We will email you when your order is ready for collection. Please wait for this notification before visiting the atelier and bring your order confirmation and identification.

Delays

Transit times are estimates and may vary by destination. Carrier disruptions, customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, or other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.

If we become aware of a production or shipping delay affecting your order, we will contact you with an update. We will work with you to address the delay and provide any cancellation, refund, or other remedies required by applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law if an order is delayed or not delivered.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your parcel appears to be lost or your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at info@jivancollection.com, including your order number and a description of the issue.

For damaged deliveries, please retain the jewelry, packaging, and any accompanying documents where possible. Photographs of the parcel and its contents can help us investigate with the carrier.

We will assist with the investigation and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, in accordance with applicable law. Your statutory rights are not conditional on reporting the issue within 24 hours or retaining the original packaging.
